Comment: As of May 16, 2014 when permission to use the Find-A-Grav e posted headstone photo I decided to change my use of Gunhild to spel l her name and instead as the headstone clearly shows I would use GUNN ILD. I have seen her name spelled both ways. Thinking that the instru ctions for the stone's inscription were stated by her family at the ti me, in my mind, makes GUNNILD the most likely correct spelling. 2. On May 15, 2014 The Find-A-Grave volunteer (CNelson) who so kindl y provided the photo of Gunnild's headstone clarified that she is buri ed in the Brandvold Cemetery, not the Old Brandvold Cemetery. Here i s what he wrote, "And technically it is not the Old Brandovld cemetery , as the original Brandvold is about a couple miles west of this newe r one. 3. On 6/20/2014 received message from Pastor at church where records a re currently stored from the Brandvold church and cemetery where Gunni ld attended. The email said: Hello Darlene, I am writing to let you know that I received you letter from April reg arding a request for information for Gunnild Mahlum and Anna Paulson . After reviewing the Brandvold Lutheran Church record books, I am af raid I was unable to find any information for you. God's blessings, Pastor Nancy Quatier 4. On 20 Jan 2017 I changed what I had for Gunnild's birth year (1883 ) to 1886. I don't know why/where I learned of 1883, but am now changi ng the date to 1886 due to the the birth date of 18 Apr 1886 showing o n church record when she was baptised (19 May 1894), her obit printe d in 1911, states she was 25 years old, and her tombstone has her birt h date as 18 Apr 1886.
