Notes I’ve collected per Benny Roland Ostrom son of Paul Bertil.
Tom Ostrom (My dad) said paul had another son nicknamed Buster. Bust er and Benny may be the same person or Buster may been from another w ife of Paul Bertil.

1. Source: Tom Ostrom said Benny stuttered. (Did Tom get Buster Ostr om and Benny Ostrom confused. Check with Orrin and Clinton Ostrom).
2. Source: Orrin Ostrom on 10-3-2005: Bennie Ostrom, from Canada , stayed with Mabel when he came to Oscar Ostrom's funeral in Woodbur n in 1973. I recall she thought he would never leave.
3. Source: Tom Ostrom: Benny was an alcoholic. He died in a hobo c amp in California. Buster, Benny's bro, called Tom Ostrom and aske d him what to do. Tom told Buster to just let the hobos bury him. (O bituary may be in Anna Brekke's scrapbook. Orrin Ostrom has the scra p book as of July 2005.)

5. Ed to Dolly 5-27-2011 to ed: Could his name also be Benny Rolan d Ostrom? I can't place Sonny. Who is Sonny's father?
6. Dolly Murphy to Ed 5-27-2011: I only knew him as Sonny, he is th e one that lived in California that adopted a boy and then had twin gi rls of their own. Does that ring a bell. And Sonny was a nickname o f course. It could be right, but for some reason it doesn't sound righ t. The Father, lived in Canada, was that Berdle or Burdle. Ufda Ed . don't know.

Military. Monterey, Monterey, California. USA. Enlisted in the U.S. A rmy Air Corps at the Presidio in Monterey; stating he was born in Nort h Dakota.
