He had been in an assisted living residenc e near us for two years, and we had all made sure he had a visit fro m one of us every day. He was a wonderful man, very kind, interestin g and intelligent. He and Gerri had a lot of adventures and travel be fore she died, but he missed her terribly. We couldn't wake him las t Friday, and the nurse said he probably wouldn't wake up, and that pr oved to be the case. He died Monday, Jan. 21, in the afternoon. Hi s two daughters, Jennifer and Annette, Annette's husband Jim, and I we re with him when he passed away. We will all miss him. <clip> Chat with you soon, Jackie 3.
